From Concept to Product
User Interfaces for applications on phones and desktop are all about great design and ease of use. Without the right feel and look you could lose your audience. Concept design for the user interface of applications is a specialty of mine. With a 10 year background in graphic design I create innovative and engaging concepts and have the technical ability to go from drawing to finished product. This is my artist website, it was built to match the style of my contemporary paintings as well as feel like a gallery wall. It's wireframe is very complex and made to match the style of the works themselves.
Create360

Create 360 is a design studio that specializes in virtual reality. The nature of their business demanded a colorful, artistic and bold design. It is heavily built around moving features including 360 video. Loving the color pop of the back splash image we designed each page of information to have signature "cut throughs" that both serve as info graphics and give the site a unique 3 dimensional effect.
I created this website for a real estate developer with the goal of matching the look and feel of their competitors. I worked with my client to create an SEO campaign to bring this website up to the top of google searches, matching companies of a much larger scale. This site features minimal animation and interaction design for a high-quality, user friendly feel.
Mama's Medicine

Mama's Medicine is a local Utah apothecary. I set out this design with the goal of getting from a photo of their product on instragram to sale in 3 button clicks. I built this mobile first website as well as created the Mama's Medicine brand-name, logo and product photos.

Diamond Phillips is a boutique architecture firm located in SLC, UT. My clients vision was a massive part of this project and they were involved in the most minut detail. Overall I was able to held them find a website that matched the tone and style of the spaces they create.

My Daily Journal

My Daily Journal is an application that uses JavaScript and a third party API called moment, to create a responsive and dynamic journal that changes style as the time blocks pass throughout a given day. This was a basic exercise in writing Javascript Functions, with emphasis on dynamic styling. I created the type in this app by creating graphics from my own handwriting to give the application a real journalistic feel.
Password Generator

My password generator is a small Javascript Application that creates a password based on user input. The User is prompted to answer questions on what kind of characters they need and how long a password should be, and are returned with a totally unique password.

About Me
I'm a full stack web-developer with special skills in design. As a trained visual artist I have made use of my skills as a marketing specialist for the past 10 years. I usually hand build all my own marketing materials including graphics, logos, high quality photos, websites, videos and printed materials. I'm also a business owner and entrepreneur. I've started 3 businesses in Salt Lake in the last 5 years including my design studio Create360, Mama's Medicine, The Underground LLC. I have experience being both a department lead under an executive and being a team leader in my own ventures.
